When Max was first diagnosed with RTS, I could hardly stand to read his evaluations we received from the Birth to Three program he is in. I knew Max was delayed, it was just hard to see it in writing. A couple weeks ago, Max was evaluated by Birth to Three to make a referral to the school district for their early childhood special education program and I just received the results in the mail. When I read the results, I was so proud of Max and wanted to share them with you.
Cognitive Skills are at the 22 month level with skills emerging up to 24 months.

We are so proud of you Max!!
Yes, he is delayed, but he continues to make significant gains and today it feels good!

Great Job Max! He is doing VERY well. I also wanted to tell you how wonderful it is that they evaluate to help determine and reccomend a preschool. Here in BC they will not reccomend so it makes it a little bit more challenging to find the "right preschool"
