We recently had a little friendly competition at work dividing our area in to two teams. Everyone brought in their favorite desserts and we invited others in the company to donate money to enjoy the desserts and vote on their favorite. Each team chose a charity they wanted to raise money for and and the winning team would be able to donate all that was made to the charity of their choice.
Unfortunately, I wasn't on the winning team However, the winning team choose to raise money for the Special Friends Foundation. I was so touched by their thoughtfulness. I am fortunate to work with such a great group!
